HealthSouth Erie and Erie Seawolves Partner to Present "Senior of the Game"
For Erie SeaWolves fans, opening night at Jerry Uht Park is approaching quickly. Fans can expect a new addition to home games starting April 14 as HealthSouth Rehabilitation Hospital of Erie and the Erie SeaWolves have partnered to present Senior of the Game. Senior of the Game offers families in the area the unique opportunity to nominate their favorite senior citizen and have them recognized at an Erie SeaWolves game.
“While our focus at HealthSouth Erie is to provide the highest-quality physical rehabilitation to our patients, giving back to our community and bringing families together is a commitment we are very proud of,” said HealthSouth Erie CEO John Papalia. “HealthSouth Erie is excited to be part of this season-long showcase of some of our community’s most dedicated members and we look forward to reconnecting with those families.”
“Whether it is a family member, neighbor or friend, HealthSouth Erie and the Erie SeaWolves want to make our senior citizens the star of the game,” said Erie SeaWolves assistant general manager Mark Pirrello.
If your nomination is selected, you will receive four free tickets to take your Senior of the Game to an upcoming SeaWolves game courtesy of HealthSouth Erie. During the fifth inning of each home game, the chosen Senior of the Game will be recognized.
